Meet the Founder

"I build systems so you can build your business."

The architecture of trust: meet the founder behind The Arcana Method.

The systems you need. The trust you deserve.

Every founder I work with has the same story: the business grew faster than the operations could handle. The tools multiplied. The processes stayed in someone's head. And somewhere along the way, they realized they'd become the bottleneck.

I know that story because I've lived versions of it: on the client side, the consulting side, and now on the building side.

Before Arcana Systems, I spent years working with boutique agencies and professional service firms as a strategist, systems lead, and operational partner. I watched brilliant founders burn 20 hours a week on tasks that should have been handled by a system. I saw teams with world-class talent held back by duct-taped workflows. And I realized that most "operations solutions" fell into two camps: too hands-off or too heavy, with very little practical implementation in the middle.

There had to be a better way.

The Arcana Systems was built to fill that gap. We don't hand you files and wish you luck. We don't spend months diagnosing problems without building solutions. We do something simpler and harder: we build your operating system from Audit to Blueprint to Build to Steward, and we stay with you until it runs without you.

I lead every engagement personally, from the first Arcana Audit to the final handover. My role is to understand your business deeply enough to design systems that feel like they were built for you. Because they were.

That's the promise I make to every client: not a system that works. A system that works for you.

Operational architecture built on experience, accelerated by craft.

  • Years of hands-on systems design for boutique agencies
  • Deep experience with AI-accelerated process mapping
  • Track record of reducing founder workweeks by 10-20 hours
  • Platform-agnostic across CRMs, portals, dashboards, automations, SaaS foundations, and operating systems
  • Specialist in the "Founder Trap" ($500K-$5M ARR)

Systems should serve the founder, not the other way around.

I believe that great operations are invisible. When a system works, the founder doesn't think about it. The team doesn't question it. The client doesn't wonder where things stand. Everything just flows.

That flow is the result of deliberate architecture. Not more tools. Not more meetings. Just the right processes, in the right order, documented for the people who need them.

  • Clarity over complexity. Every system we build reduces noise, never adds to it.
  • Structure that scales. Repeatable frameworks that turn founder intuition into team execution.
  • Freedom as the outcome. Time, energy, and attention returned to the people who built the business.

What it's like to work together.

I don't believe in "surprise and delight" as a tactic. I believe in radical clarity: you should always know where your project stands, what's coming next, and exactly what you'll get.

The call isn't a sales pitch.

The guided assessment and discovery path give us both a clear look at the friction, fit, and best next step. Whether you move forward with us or not, you walk away with clarity.

The Blueprint is transparent.

Before we build anything, you see the full architecture: workflows, tech stack, SOP structure. No scope creep. No surprises.

The Build is white-glove.

We construct your portal, engineer your automations, write your SOPs, and test everything. You don't lift a finger.

The Steward is ongoing.

Every retainer client gets proactive health checks, continuous optimization, and a partner who knows their system as well as they do.

Let's build something that moves like magic.

If you're a founder who's tired of being the bottleneck, if you're ready for Clarity, Structure, and Freedom, I'd love to start the conversation.
